EAGLE LANDING | SOUTHERN PINES, NC

Eagle Landing is a recently completed, 288-unit luxury apartment community off US-Highway 15/501, set between Pinehurst and Southern Pines. KoontzJones Design was hired by the client to provide planning and landscape architecture services for the project. The project design features three clusters of (12)multi-story apartment buildings, with resort-style amenities including a clubhouse/cabana/pool area, playground park, open-air picnic pavilion, and an artificial turf putting green. Koontz Jones designed the overall master plan for the project, along with detailed design for the entrance monumentation, hardscape, and landscape.
