KoontzJones Design has prepared master plans, community amenity and monumentation design for their Creekside, The Meadows, Cain Park, Heritage Lakes, and Clearview projects that are currently under development and construction. With a projected increase of growth in the Huntsville area, Davidson Homes has plans to acquire additional land to increase their portfolio and diversify their brand.
