BALLYBUNION PARK | PINEHURST, NC

Ballybunion Park within Pinehurst National Golf Club (Pinehurst No.9 )is a collection of custom built home sites that overlook a centralized amenity and park. This community park was designed to provide near by residents an opportunity to experience the natural beauty of long leaf pines and an event space that capable of handling large outdoor gatherings for local residents. KoontzJones Design was hired to develop a master plan for the park and detailed design of the entrance monumentation, hardscape, and landscape.
