Hardee Lane Park | Whispering Pines, NC

The Village of Whispering Pines hired KoontzJones Design to develop an approved master plan for a proposed public park off Niagra Carthage Road to be developed in phases over time. The master plan features a community center building, a multi-sport complex, community gardens plots, children’s playground, walking trails and connections, and an open-air pavilion/event lawn space.
